The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation website includes a section providing comprehensive information and periodic updates on the DEC's Oil, Gas and Solution Mining Regulatory Program.--including the current public comment period, from December 12, 2012 through 5:00 p.m. on January 11, 2013, on the revised draft regulations.
