Senator O'Mara's 2014 Schedule of Community Meetings

Throughout 2014, Senator O’Mara will be joining the region’s State Assembly representatives – Assemblymen Joseph Giglio, Chris Friend, Bill Nojay and Phil Palmesano -- for a series of community meetings across the 58th Senate District in Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Tompkins and Yates counties [see district map].

Constituent service remains responsibility No. 1 and these community meetings are a critical part of meeting that responsibility. 

The following meetings have been scheduled on:

Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at the Howard Town Hall (3725 Mill Road, Avoca) beginning at 5:30 p.m.  Senator O’Mara will be joined by Assemblyman Phil Palmesano.

Thursday, January 30, 2014 at the Erwin Town Hall (310 Town Center Road, Painted Post), beginning at 5:30 p.m.  Senator O’Mara will be joined by Assemblyman Palmesano.

Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at the Franziska Racker Centers in Ithaca (3226 Wilkins Road), beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the Wayland Town Hall (17 North Main Street) beginning at 5:30 p.m.  Assemblyman Bill Nojay will join Senator O'Mara.

Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Veteran Town Hall (4049 Watkins Road) beginning at 11:30 a.m.  Assemblyman Palmesano will join Senator O’Mara.

Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Watkins Glen Community Center (155 South Clute Park Drive) beginning at 1:00 p.m., with Assemblyman Palmesano.

Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Penn Yan Village Hall (111 Elm Street) beginning at 3:00 p.m., with Assemblyman  Palmesano.

Saturday, March 15, 2014 at the Bath Municipal Building (110 Liberty Street) beginning at 5:00 p.m., with Assemblyman Palmesano.

These meetings are informal and set up to simply give us an opportunity to exchange ideas and share information on local issues, the legislative session or any other matter involving state government that concerns you.

We hope you can attend.  But even if the schedule isn’t convenient for you, we still encourage you to contact us at any time to share your opinions and suggestions for better government.
