Senator Bonacic Meets with Advocates from Delaware Academy Student Health
February 10, 2016

(Middletown, NY)-Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) met yesterday with advocates from Delaware County Student Health (DASH) in his Albany office. DASH is a member of the Bassett Healthcare Network, an organization, that in part, provides medical, mental health, and preventative dental care to students who otherwise might never have a chance to receive this care. The Delaware County Student Health is one of Bassett’s 20 such locations. The meeting, which included students who receive care through DASH, focused on funding requests for this year’s budget, as well as the issues facing school based health centers.
