Statement by Senator Ruben Diaz on Missing Person

Senator Reverend Ruben Diaz has released the following statement:
"A 15-year old young lady, Cristal Carrasco, who is a Member of my Church has been missing for 2 days. Her mother is in distress, and we need all help we can get to find her.
