Throughout the year, but especially during the holiday months, consumers are trying to get the most for their hard-earned money. From groceries to clothing, to home goods and cars, we all need to be responsible when making purchasing decisions. Knowing your consumer rights is one way to be sure that you are getting your money’s worth in the marketplace. New York State’s Division of Consumer Protection is an excellent resource to assist in many consumer matters.
