On Tuesday, January 21, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo proposed the Executive Budget for State Fiscal Year 2020‐21.. The proposed $178.6 billion Executive Budget is the starting point of the budget process in New York State. This year’s Executive Budget includes olicy initiatives and recommendations to address the project $6.1 billion budget gap.
