Senator Brouk Hosts 3rd Annual Community Baby Shower

ROCHESTER, NY - On May 5, 2024, New York State Senator Samra Brouk (D-Rochester) hosted her 3rd Annual Community Baby Shower at the Thomas P. Ryan R-Center located on 530 Webster Ave in the City of Rochester. 

More than 150 families attended the event which featured a free lunch, a supply giveaway, and information and resources from more than 50 participating community partners. The day’s events also included a panel discussion on doula care with Dr. Twylla Dillion (Health Connect One), Dr. Tracy Webber (University of Rochester Medical Center), Phyllis Sharp (Royalty Birth Services) and Hilda Martinez (Royalty Birth Services).
