Senator Fuschillo And Assemblyman Mcdonough Meet With Korean War Veterans

Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) was joined by Assemblyman David G. McDonough (19th Assembly District) at a recent meeting of the Nassau County Korean War Veterans Association in Levittown. The two New York State legislators took the opportunity to listen to the assembled veterans.

"These veterans are the very reason that we enjoy a free country today and they continually deserve our thanks. More importantly, we need to respect their years of experience and listen to their thoughts and concerns regarding today’s issues. This meeting was a great opportunity to learn from these men and women and to hear what is on the minds of those who have given so much to our country," stated Senator Fuschillo.

Senator Fuschillo and Assemblyman McDonough also answered questions about where the veterans can access available services and offered insight into some of today’s important issues.
