Senator Marty Golden Provides Nypd Examination Information To Community
Brooklyn- State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C, 22nd District) today is announcing that the New York City Police Department has announced their continued efforts to recruit the most qualified men and women to join the ranks of the New York City Police Department and have announced the filing dates for the upcoming police officer examination which will commence on October 5, 2005 and will conclude on January 13, 2006.
The NYPD will be giving the examination on the following dates: Friday, February 24, 2006, Saturday, February 25, 2006, Thursday March 2, 2005, and Sunday, March 5, 2006. For further information on the examination of Police Department entrance qualifications, interested candidates can call 212-RECRUIT or visit the following website www.nyc.gov/nypd. The New York City Police Department’s City Resident Recruitment and Retention Unit will be providing free tutorial sessions to all candidates throughout the five boroughs. These sessions are aimed at enhancing the candidate’s test taking skills.
