Skelos Meets With Students From The Hebrew Academy Of The Five Towns And Rockaway

Hebrew Academy of the Five Towns & Rockaway (HAFTR) on Tuesday, February 14. Rabbi Dovid Kupckik, Menahel of the HAFTR and Rabbi Yehoshua Marchuck, Director of Student Activities, brought their students to Albany to attend a rally in support of legislation which would provide education tax credits to qualified taxpayers whose children are being educated in New York at public or private elementary and secondary schools, or who are home schooled. Senator Skelos is a co-sponsor of this legislation and is hopeful that this initiative will help parents with the costs of educating their children.
