Update (5:45) Pm Pataki Has Issued Emergency Declaration

Governor Pataki has now issued a formal emergency declaration including all the counties of our Senate District - Delaware, Orange, Sullivan, and Ulster. Senator Bonacic has toured extensive parts of our Senate District today and talked throughout the day with SEMO and local officials.
