Senator Flanagan Hosts A Booth At The Smithtown Festival Day

Senator John J. Flanagan (2nd Senate District) joined the Smithtown community at the 18th Annual Smithtown Festival Day along Main Street. The fair is organized by the Greater Smithtown Chamber of Commerce.

"This event brings the entire community together for a full day of fun. The weather was great, the turnout was excellent and I was happy to see the town enjoy the day together," stated Senator Flanagan.

Senator Flanagan hosted a booth at the street fair. The booth contained information about issues ranging from the state's elimination of state sales tax on clothing and shoes under $110 to tips for emergency preparedness.
