Skelos Welcomes Art Students To The Capitol

New York State Senate Deputy Majority Leader Dean G. Skelos (R-Rockville Centre) welcomed local art students to Albany for the New York State Legislature's Arts Day. The students' artwork was on display in the "Well" of the Legislative Office Building. Each student received a citation from Senator Skelos congratulating them on their imaginative and artistic abilities.

Those children in whose art was on display are as follows: Sushimits Sadhukah, William L. Buck School; Tylar Boome, Number 4 School; Sara Forman, Valley Stream #13; Jennifer E. Dignam, Wheeler Ave. School; Jeffrey Kaufman G.W. Hewlett HS; Shelby Jeffers, Ogden Elementary School; Jodi Cooperberg, Hebrew Academy of the Five Towns; Valery Sanchez, Hewlett-Woodmere UFSD; William Kuang, William L. Buck School; Rosanna Abdilla, Dever School; Grace Picone Franklin Early Childhood Center; Andrea Valero, Number 4 School; Laura Shafran, Hebrew Academy of the Five Towns.
