Senator Fuschillo Appears On “tv 55 Focus”

    State Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) recently appeared as a guest on “TV 55 Focus,” a weekly half-hour news program that taps into the pulse of the Long Island community and discusses issues that are important to Long Islanders.

    On the show, Senator Fuschillo and host Richard Rose discussed the impact of Governor Spitzer’s proposed education cuts to Long Island schools, why the Governor’s Executive Budget proposal is bad for Long Island families, and the need for more affordable housing on Long Island. Senator Fuschillo also talked about legislation he is sponsoring to raise penalties for individuals who drive drunk with a child in the car.
