Senator Farley Salutes Schenectady' Boys & Girls Clubs' "youth Of The Year"

State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C - Schenectady) presented Shannon Miller a special Senate Certificate on April 15th at the Capitol for Miss Miller’s efforts in being named the "Youth of the Year" recently by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Schenectady County.

Senator Farley said, "I am delighted to take this opportunity to congratulate you upon your participation in the Youth of the Year program. Please accept the enclosed Senate Certificate as an additional memento of this outstanding achievement. This prestigious year-long program is challenging, indeed. Your selection for participation is evidence of the respect and admiration you have earned through your hard work.
