"Balance" was on the tip of everyone's tongue Tuesday as the state Senate Environmental Conservation Committee unanimously approved Gov. Andrew Cuomo's recess appointment of Sherman Craig to the vacant resident seat on the Adirondack Park Agency Board of Commissioners.
