Local, state and federal leaders rallying support for the Monterey Shock Incarceration Correctional Facility

The effort's underway to save the Monterey Shock Incarceration Correctional Facility in Schuyler County which, it was recently announced by the administration of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, has been targeted for closure next year. 

Senator O'Mara has expressed his strong opposition to the proposed closing.
