The state's 10 Regional Economic Development Councils (REDC) are making their presentations for Round IV funding to the state's assessment team in Albany over the next two days.

The Southern Tier REDC is scheduled to make its presentation tomorrow, September 16th, beginning at 2:30 p.m.
