The Legislature's fiscal committees continue a series of public hearings today on Governor Andrew Cuomo's 2014-2105 proposed state budget. 

Hearing topics for Tuesday, February 11th: Mental Hygiene, beginning at 9:30 a.m., and Workforce Development, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
