Fire Tower Rehabilitated, Spruce Mountain Trail Opened

Senator Farley reported that yesterday, Oct. 7th, was the unveiling of the new trail to the fire tower located at the top of Spruce Mountain near Corinth. Senator Farley said, “I am pleased that this fire tower could be rehabilitated and made available for the public to enjoy. The fire towers are an important part of the region's heritage, and the rerouted trail and tower offer wonderful recreational opportunities to tourists and residents alike."
