One of our fallen heroes, Army Spc. Ryan P. Jayne, will be honored on Saturday at the Fallen Heroes Memorial Wall ceremony in Illinois

One of our fallen local heroes, United States Army Specialist Ryan P. Jayne of Corning, will be honored on Saturday, May 2nd, during a Fallen Heroes Memorial Wall ceremony in Darien, Illinois.

Our thoughts and prayers will be with Spc. Jayne, and his family and friends.

In September 2014, the U.S. Post Office in Corning was dedicated in tribute to Ryan's service and sacrifice.
