On Wednesday, February 3, the Legislature's fiscal committees will continue a series of public hearings on Governor Andrew Cuomo's 2016-17 proposed New York State budget.

The hearings will take place weekly until early February.

Tuesday's Topics: Mental Hygiene, beginning at 9:30 a.m., and Workforce Development, beginning at 1:00 p.m.
