Senator Helming Joins Call for Safe Act Repeal in Upstate Communities

I recently joined 2nd Amendment advocates, sportsmen and women and other State Lawmakers in support of repealing the Safe Act in all Upstate communities. I have heard from countless people in our district and in communities across New York, who feel cheated out of their 2nd Amendment rights. I am proud to co-sponsor this legislation, which will return these rights to law-abiding gun owners.
