Proposed Great Lakes Flood Recovery Grant Program Could Bring $55M in Flood Relief

Republicans in the New York State Senate propose the “Great Lakes Flood Recovery Grant Program” to provide aid to flood-stricken communities.

If passed, the bill would make $55 million in grant money available to property owners, businesses, farms, not-for-profits, municipalities and counties affected by flooding along Lake Ontario, Lake Erie, Lake Champlain and the St. Lawrence River.
