Senator Serrano Discusses the Arts on "In Focus with Cheryl Wills"

Senator Serrano appeared as a special guest on NY1's “In Focus with Cheryl Wills." The Senator discussed the importance of arts education and diversity in the arts. As the Ranking Member of the New York State Senate Committee on Cultural Affairs, Tourism, Parks and Recreation, the Senator has been a longtime advocate for improving access to arts and culture, the arts as an economic engine, and increasing support for cultural organizations throughout the state.
