COVID-19 Assessment & Testing Centers across New York City at Gotham Health Facilities, East NY

NYC Health+ Hospitals/Gotham Health has created seven COVID-19 Assessment and Testing Centers at seven sites across the five boroughs. This includes the Gotham Health sites for Vanderbilt, East New York, Cumberland, Gouverneur, Sydenham, Belvis and Morrisania. 

Two sites are located in Brooklyn, they are Gotham Health - East New York and Cumberland.
The Centers provide valuable access to COVID-19 assessments and testing to the public.

Physicians will assess the patients after they are evaluated according to established criteria that takes into account symptoms, co-morbidities and other risk factors such as age.

Patients with mild or no-symptoms will be assessed but generally not tested, and provided with information about how to manage their condition. Patients determined to be high risk and having a likelihood for hospitalization in the next 48 hours will be tested. Patients who require hospitalization will be immediately transferred to our nearest facility-;
