NY1: Bill Sponsor Expects Many Hotels Will Convert to Housing Under New Law

State Sen. Brian Kavanagh sponsored the bill signed into law Tuesday by Gov. Kathy Hochul that encourages the conversion of vacant hotels into affordable housing.
