Staten Island, outer borough pols call for permanent stop to congestion pricing

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- Elected officials from Staten Island gathered at Borough Hall on Wednesday to urge Governor Kathy Hochul to permanently stop congestion pricing.
“It’s incredibly important that the governor remembers that over 63% of hard working New Yorkers do not support congestion pricing,” said State Sen. Jessica Scarcella-Spanton (D-Staten Island/South Brooklyn).
