Senator Johnson Honored For Improving Health Care

State Senator Owen H. Johnson (4th Senate District, Babylon), Chairman of the Finance Committee, was recently honored by the Board of Directors of Southside Hospital for his longtime support of the hospital.
Southside Hospital, a member of the North Shore Long Island Jewish Hospital Systems, is Long Island's oldest and largest community hospital. Today, more than 18,500 patients are admitted to Southside each year and 2,700 babies start life in its Maternity Center.
