Saratoga Springs - December 18, 2009 - Senator Roy McDonald would like to invite members of the public and press to join him for office hours at the Wilton Mall on Saturday, December 19, 2009 from 1 to 3 p.m. McDonald will also be joined by Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Art Johnson.
McDonald has been holding office hours at the mall for many years, first as the Supervisor of the Town of Wilton, and then as the 112th District Assemblyman. During this busy holiday season McDonald wanted to bring his availability right to the public.
"It's a great experience to interact with people, hear their concerns, and help where possible in a comfortable setting like the mall," McDonald continued, "Chairman Johnson and myself look forward to being able to let the public know what types of programs and services are available to them, along with answering any questions they might have."
In addition to outlining the services available from the County and State, McDonald would like to share his ideas on the New York State Budget, new ethics legislation, autism and similar type developmental disabilities legislation and programs, along with many other possible topics.
