Schumer hits South Street

GLENS FALLS -- Downtown revitalization takes "a whole lot of steps," said U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y.

"To rebuild a downtown and rebuild a community, you don't just do one thing," he said. "You do one thing and then you build on that, and then do the next and build on that, and then do the next and build on that."
