On October 19, 2010, the Senate Standing Committee on Energy and Telecommunications will hold a public hearing to investigate National Grid’s accounting and expense account practices and its effects on ratepayers. The hearing will take place in Hearing Room A in the Legislative Office Building. An investigation of Public Service Commission records has identified your organization as an interested party in an ongoing Public Service proceeding regarding the rates, charges, rules and regulations of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation for Electric Service. Although oral testimony is by invitation only, the Committee welcomes you to submit written testimony by October 15, 2010. All correspondence should be sent to:
