Senator Golden to Host Easter Egg Hunts

Brooklyn- State Senator Marty Golden, along with the Southwest Brooklyn Parks Task Force and the Community Emergency Response Team, has planned two upcoming Easter Egg Hunts and will host one in Marine Park and the other in McKinley Park.
Easter Egg Hunt-Saturday, March 27, 2010, 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
Marine Park, Fillmore Avenue at Marine Parkway
Easter Egg Hunt- Saturday, April 3, 2010, 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
McKinley Park, 75th Street and Fort Hamilton Parkway
Senator Golden invites all community children to come and take part in what plans to be very special events. The Easter Egg hunt events will include music and prizes for the children. Over one thousand candy filled easter eggs will be hidden throughout the boundaries of the respective parks. Beyond searching for Easter Eggs, the event will feature races, face painting and entertainment provided by clowns.
