CELEBRATION OF REV. YIYE AVILA'S 80TH BIRTHDAY IN THE BRONX
Bronx, NY – Thousands of Hispanic Christians will gather in honor of Evangelist Yiye Avila.
On Monday, September 6 (Labor Day) thousands of Christians will assemble in the Bronx to celebrate Rev. Yiye Avila’s 80th birthday as well as 50 years of evangelic ministry.
This event, where the participation of dignitaries and elected officials will be expected, will be held on Monday, September 6 (Labor Day) at St. Mary’s Park, located at Jackson Avenue and 143rd Street in the Bronx at 3:00 p.m.
Those attending this free event, organized by Senator Rev. Rubén Díaz, along with the Hispanic Clergy Organization of New York, Council Leaders, Radio Visión Cristiana Internacional, Radio Cántico Nuevo, Radio Conectate and various associations of pastors of the metropolitan area, will enjoy Christian music. Senator Rev. Díaz will also award Rev. Avila with a Senate Proclamation.
