Senator Joseph Addabbo Statement on the Resorts World Robbery Arrest August 2, 2012

I commend the NYPD and Resorts World for working collaboratively to identify and apprehend the suspect relating to the June 29, 2012 robbery at the casino. With the appropriate security measures in place, I am fully confident that Resorts World is entirely safe for all of its guests, and I thank its personnel for the rapid response to this incident. I believe that the safety and security of the visitors to Resorts World is their highest priority will remain so.   

I appreciate all the efforts of law enforcement involved in this arrest, I am most grateful and proud of the work done by our 106^th Pct and its detectives.
