Senator John Flanagan (2nd Senate District) recently welcomed Dylan Feldman of Boy Scout Troop 403 in Commack to his office. The Commack Middle School 6th grader met with Senator Flanagan to discuss the constitutional rights and obligations of citizens of the United States. The meeting was scheduled as part of Dylan’s effort to achieve the rank of First Class Rank Scout.
"Scouting presents a tremendous opportunity for young boys to learn about the world they live in and it was enjoyable to help Dylan as he works to achieve his goal. I enjoyed our visit and wish Dylan all the best in his scouting career,” stated Senator Flanagan.
