Brooklyn – State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C-I, Brooklyn), following the release of NYPIRG’s 2014 New York State Legislative Session Analysis, released the following statement:

“I am pleased that the New York Public Research Interest Group (NYPIRG) upon analyzing my legislative record from this year has shown that I remain one of the most productive members in term of legislation, having sponsored the most amount of bills that passed both houses of the legislature, and having the second highest number of bills that passed the Senate.”

“Every year I pride myself in working extremely hard for the residents of my district, and this year was no different, ensuring safer streets, more funding for our schools and senior programs, and working hard in Albany to improve our transportation options. I look forward to continuing my work in Albany fighting to ensure that our communities remain a great place to live, work, and raise a family.”
