COMMON CORE TASK FORCE FINAL REPORT

It was a pleasure to work with educators, parents and students on the Common Core Task Force. Their ideas and experiences where the driving force behind our report, giving a voice to the education community on this most serious issue. I am confident that the proposals in the report will help solve the critical issues facing our State’s education system. As a public school teacher for over twenty years, it is no secret that education is my passion. There is no more important charge then educating the students of New York State . I believe that our commitment to that charge has been met.
