Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently took part in the third annual Leadership U at Floral Park Memorial High School.
Leadership U (short for Leadership University) is a program where students get to interact with community leaders and role models to learn leadership skills. The program is sponsored by The Leadership Foundation of Floral Park-Bellerose.
“I really enjoyed participating in this program, and once again the Foundation did a fantastic job. It was great meeting the kids, talking with them, and learning about all the wonderful things they're doing in school and the community,” said Senator Martins.
