Ritchie Announces 2015 Oswego County Job Fair

Event to Feature More than 50 Employers

In an effort to connect job seekers with employers looking to hire, State Senator Patty Ritchie will host her 2015 Job Fair on June 23^rd in Fulton.

“One of the hardest parts of job searching is getting face to face time with potential employers,” said Senator Ritchie.

“My job fair makes it easy to connect with dozens of businesses and organizations that are looking to hire immediately. I'm encouraging anyone seeking a job or career change to visit my job fair on June 23^rd.”

The free event will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Fulton Community Ice Arena, located at 605 West Broadway.  Those who are interested in attending can save time by preregistering on Senator Ritchie’s website, www.ritchie.nysenate.gov.  Job seekers are also encouraged to bring their resumes with them and “dress for success.”

Senator Ritchie’s Oswego County Fair is the second she has hosted this year in the region she represents.  Last month, hundreds of people seeking employment took part in her St. Lawrence County Job Fair, held in Ogdensburg.
