Elmira, N.Y.—New York State Senator Tom O’Mara (R,C,I-Big Flats) will be joined by area Assemblymen Phil Palmesano (R,C,I-Corning), Bill Nojay (R,C-Pittsford) and Joe Giglio (R,C,I-Gowanda) at a series of community meetings across Schuyler, Steuben and Yates counties on December 14, 15 and 16.
