Senator Farley Provides Information Throughout the State Budget Process

State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I – Schenectady) reported Governor Andrew Cuomo has just delivered his State of the State Address and unveiled his Executive Budget proposal, marking the official start of the 2016-17 State Budget negotiation process.

As we review the governor’s proposal, we will be looking for an on-time, soundly balanced budget that strengthens the economy, creates jobs, rebuilds our infrastructure, supports our schools, and provides tax relief, Senator Farley said.
