SENATOR JEFF KLEIN AND ASSEMBLYMAN MARK GJONAJ HOST 3RD ANNUAL BREAKFAST WITH SANTA

Bronx, NY – In celebration of Christmas, State Senator Jeff Klein (D-Bronx/Westchester) and State Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj (D-Bronx) hosted their third annual Breakfast with Santa on Saturday. Nearly 200 participants enjoyed a continental breakfast with hot cocoa, danced to holiday music, and took family portraits with Santa. Children created ornaments, reindeer foot and handprints, custom Christmas stockings and were given gifts during their visit with Kris Kringle.

“I am thrilled to host my annual breakfast with Santa, which has become a long-standing tradition for our Bronx families. Today, we celebrate the season with family and friends to create lasting memories. I wish everyone a safe and memorable holiday and a new year filled with good health and prosperity,” said Senator Jeff Klein.

“It is always special to celebrate the magic of Santa with the children of the community. I am so glad we had the opportunity to put smiles on so many faces," said Assemblyman Mark Gjonaj.

This Christmas extravaganza was held at St. Clare’s of Assisi School.  “In this festive season it is my pleasure to have Senator Klein host breakfast with Santa here at St. Clare’s School for our third annual Christmas extravaganza. He is such a true asset to ever growing community. We are so lucky to have him as well Assemblyman Gjonaj,” said Principal Theresa Bivona of St. Clare’s of Assisi School.
