Senator Serrano Celebrates “Family Days” in the Bronx

Senator Serrano joined residents and elected officials at the 29th Annual Highbridge Gardens Old Timers Reunion and Family Day, as well as Council Member Gibson’s 4th Annual Family Fun Day. At the Annual Highbridge Gardens Old Timers Reunion and Family Day, Senator Serrano, Council Member Vanessa L. Gibson, Assemblymember Latoya Joyner and community residents enjoyed the wonderful celebration of neighborhood and community, with food and entertainment for all ages. At Council Member Gibson’s event, Senator Serrano joined Council Member Vanessa Gibson, Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark and Deputy Bronx Borough President Aurelia Greene for a day of fun for kids and families.

"Family Day Celebrations are a great way to strengthen communities and allow residents to get to know each other while learning more about resources that are available to them.
