Senator Sanders Kicks Off FREE Financial Empowerment Series for Home / Biz Ownership

State Senator James Sanders Jr. announces a FREE groundbreaking new Financial Empowerment Series to assist residents in becoming first-time home or business owners. Candidates who are interested in this 4-week program, must fill out an application in-person at Senator Sanders' District Office, located at 142-01 Rockaway Boulevard, South Ozone, Park, NY 11436. The best times to stop by are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
In order to qualify for the program, you must meet the following requirements:
Must Live in Senator Sanders' District
Must Be interested in Pursuing Home / Business Ownership
Must Not Have Owned a Home in the Past
Must Not Be A Current Homeowner
*Seats are limited and qualifying applicants are chosen by lottery*
This program provides coaching and tools to assess where you are financially and how you can achieve the goal of home or business ownership.
