Celebrate Italian-American heritage at Columbus Day dance

This Sunday, October 14th, State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. is inviting constituents to celebrate Italian-American heritage during a Columbus Day Dance in Howard Beach.
The Senator will be sponsoring the Columbus Day Dance at the Our Lady of Grace Parish Hall, located at 100-05 159th Avenue, in Howard Beach, on Sunday, October 14th from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
During the festivities, The Generation Gap will be performing popular tunes and light refreshments will be served.
“It is that time of year to acknowledge and celebrate the many important contributions Italians and Italian-Americans have made to the United States,” Addabbo said. “I encourage all that wish to attend to come out to Our Lady of Grace on October 14th for a few hours of fun and dancing. I would like to thank the Our Lady of Grace parish for opening their space to us for this event, as well as The Generation Gap for providing the musical entertainment for the night.”
