#S1048 Amends the constitution to delete the requirement that voting registration be completed at least ten days before Election Day.

#S1190 This is a chapter amendment that makes changes to provisions of L.2018, c.202, to amend provisions relating to the appointment of commissioners and to clarify the procedures of the commission on prosecutorial conduct.

#S1191 Amends a chapter of the laws of 2018 relating to the establishment of a pilot program to provide job and vocational skills training to youth who have been adjudicated juvenile delinquents or juvenile offenders residing in a facility overseen by the office of children and family services, in relation to making certain provisions permanent; and providing for the repeal of provisions upon the expiration thereof.

#S1192 Relates to the operation of entrepreneurship assistance centers; requires minimum instruction time and allows joint applications from a consortium of career education agencies and not-for-profit corporations.

#S1194 Amends a chapter of the laws of 2018 creating the digital currency task force to increase the members from 9 to 13.

#S1195 Authorizes the commissioner of children and family services to conduct a study on the effects of trauma on child development and learning. Concerns were raised that the commissioner of children and family services is better suited to lead the study to ensure expertise in the areas of trauma and child development.

#S1196 This is a chapter amendment that makes changes to provisions of L.2018, c.458, to clarify provisions relating to cost data in insurance claims adjusting.

#S1263 This is a chapter amendment that makes changes to provisions of L.2018, c.522, to make conforming changes to the alcohol beverage control law.Concerns were raised by the Executive that conforming changes to the alcohol beverage control law were necessary to ensure that farm meaderies and mead products would be treated similarly to other farm alcohol products.

#S1264 This is a chapter amendment that makes changes to provisions of L.2018, c.516, to repeal provisions of such chapter and enact similar provisions relating to the admissibility of information taken from a web mapping service, a global satellite imaging site, or an internet mapping tool.

#S1276 Permits physicians who are licensed in another state or territory to provide medical services to athletes and team personnel at team sporting events in New York, provided such services are provided only to those athletes and team personnel at the team sporting event. This is a chapter amendment that makes changes to provisions of L.2018, c.519, to clarify provisions relating to disciplinary and regulatory authority over physicians practicing medicine in New York state if they are licensed to practice in another state or territory.

#S1277 This is a chapter amendment that makes changes to provisions of L.2018, c.518, to amend the length of the extension of the empire state commercial production tax credit.
