Addabbo and Rajkumar hold recycling event on a soggy Sunday

On a rain-soaked Sunday, State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. and Assemblywoman Jenifer Rajkumar held their bi-annual Paper Shredding and Household Goods Donation event at Forest Park. Addabbo and Rajkumar got to meet with many constituents who braved the inclement weather to do a bit of spring cleaning with USA Shred and the United War Veterans Council. In all, there were 1153 lbs. of clothing collected, along with 800 lbs. of household goods.

Addabbo and Rajkumar would like to thank their staffs for being there and helping out, USA Shred and the United War Veterans Council and their staffs, 104COP, the Ozone Park-Woodhaven Kiwanis, as well as the 6^th graders from J.H.S. 190 Russell Sage: Ethan So, Jeffy Kong, Justin Chiam, Christian Yao, Richard Guida, and Yuanxin (Ryan) Li for their volunteer service.
