President Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Dominican Republic and New York State Senator Luis Sepúlveda Discuss Strengthening Ties

On Friday, March 3rd, the President Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Dominican Republic, Honorable Milton Ray Guevara, and New York State Senator Luis Sepúlveda, held an important meeting. During the meeting, Senator Sepúlveda offered the protocol services of the State of New York to the Dominican Constitutional Court.
The President Judge was accompanied by the First Deputy President Magistrate, Dr. Rafael Díaz Filpo, who is also the coordinator of the high court's visit to New York City in April. Meanwhile, Senator Sepúlveda was accompanied by his counterpart, Dominican Republic Senator Alexis Victoria Yeb.
The meeting was held with the purpose of strengthening the reception of the full Constitutional Court during their upcoming trip in the next few months. This trip is part of the Constitutional Court's contact with Dominican communities, including the diaspora residing in the state of New York.
Senator Sepúlveda formally extended an invitation to the President Judge and the full Constitutional Court to visit the New York State Senate, where they will receive corresponding honors. Additionally, the planning of other important activities in the framework of the visit has been initiated.
