Lockport, NY - “The strike we are witnessing by UAW workers with three of the largest auto manufacturers in the industry is indicative of the overall frustration that hard-working, middle-class Americans are facing across our nation - and especially here in New York State.
As the automotive world is changing gears to focus on zero emissions and electric cars, these workers simply want to keep manufacturing jobs in America and earn a decent living to provide for their families.
We hope both sides can reach an agreement that recognizes the sacrifice and hard work of UAW members and keeps our American automotive industry strong.”
